Sweet Treat at Liquid Bar, Docklands

It was a cold Friday night at Dockland. We were too lazy to go home so we decided to look for desserts along Waterfront city. Then, there were two places that caught our eyes. One is called 'Bopha Devi' and the other called 'Liquid Bar and Cafe'. Looking at the dessert menu from both places, we decided to try the desserts at Liquid Bar and Cafe. We ordered all of the desserts that were written on the menu. *Pig mode ON* *grin*

Here comes the review:
1.) Icky Sticky Date Pudding
served with caramel sauce and ice cream    $10
- Two thumbs up for the sticky date pudding. First spoonful just melts in your mouth. The caramel sauce was heaven... The pudding was perfectly made with chunky dates you can bite.

 2.) Bomb Alaska
chocolate brownie topped with ice cream and italian meringue flame at your table    $15
 - The brownie sits at the center of the ice cream tops with meringue. The presentation of this dessert was amazing. Never seen a dessert served like this before. When it arrived on our table, the waitress pour a red wine over the meringue and light a fire with a lighter. The flame was enormous and everyone on the other table were so amazed by it. Taste wise was not as good as the sticky date pudding.

3.) Churros - Spanish Doughnuts
Served with homade chocolate sauce and ice cream    $10
 - The worst dessert of the night. To be honest, San Churros is still the best churros in Melbourne. For $10, definitely is not worth the money.

4.) Raisin torrijas with honey and walnuts
brioche dipped in egg and vanilla batter, pan fried and served with walnut ice cream       $10
- Its like having a raisin toast top with vanilla ice cream. Will not recommended.

Overall score: 6/10
