iSpicy 2 at Victoria St

iSpicy is one of the best authentic thai restaurant in Melbourne. The food is just awesome and definitely will not burn your pocket. iSpicy located next to Safeway Hawthorn. The place is tiny and just by looking at the decor, you will not believe that the food is great.

Not too long ago, they open another branch at Victoria Street, Richmond. They called the restaurant iSpicy2. The place is much bigger and patrons are able to sit upstairs as well. Here are some of the foods that I ordered.

Stir-fry chicken in Panang curry
- One of the best Panang curry I ever taste.

Garlic soft shell crab
-This is one of the special dishes written on the menu. The soft shell crab is fry but to my surprise, it is not oily at all. They must have drained the oil really well. *good job*

Thai broccoli with crispy pork
-A lot of people will probably go for this dishes whenever they craving for thai food. The crispy pork is nice and the flavour is really light compare to Zab Thai's famous Thai brocolli with crispy pork. However, if you prefer strong flavour of this dish, will definitely recommend Zab Thai.

Seafood Tom Yum Goong
-Highly recommended. The soup is not too sour but still the flavour is there. Really good. *2 thumbs up*

Lard Na (Rice noodle top with gravy, beef and vegies)
 - These was served during lunch hour and its delicious.

Yam Woon Sen  with crispy pork
-Super delicious. Go for this if you like to taste an authentic thai salad. Its a great meal for those of you who like to have a light lunch.

Pandan chicken (special of the day)
-Not really extraordinary but worth a try. The sauce is beautiful.

Overall score: 8.5/10
