The making of 'kue leker'

Bananas were on special last week. For $1.33, you could get a kilo of it. So, Daniel and I bought heaps of bananas.We were thinking to make various kind of banana desserts. One of them is 'Kue Leker'. I am not too sure what it is called in english. Here are some description of 'Kue Leker' to get you the idea of what it is. 
'Kue Leker' is usually eaten as a snacks during tea time in late afternoon or as a dessert. It taste and look like crepes. You can put filling as you desired. For instance, chocolate ceres, banana, strawberry, pandan or cheese just like crepes. 

Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:
70g plain flour
30g rice flour
120g potato starch
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
300ml water
80g caster sugar
Pinch of salt
30g margarine, melt it
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
3 bananas, slice thinly
50g sugar
50g chocolate ceres

Cooking directions:

1. Mix together plain flour, potato starch, baking powder and rice flour.

2. Add egg, water and sugar

3, Mix together, add water a little at a time


4. Mix until well

5. Slice the bananas thinly

6. Melt the margarine

7. Pour mixture in the pan, top with bananas and ceres

8. Fold it into two 

9. Here we go....
